Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policy of Milos Guided has been designed to provide clear and transparent terms for all our guests. We understand that travel plans may change, and for this reason, we apply fair and straightforward cancellation terms to our services and private tours.

Before confirming your booking, we recommend that you carefully read the Cancellation Policy below. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

For cancellations made at least 10 days before the confirmed booking date, no cancellation fee will apply and any amount already paid will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 10 days of the confirmed booking date, the amount already paid is non-refundable.

If you wish to change the date of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.

In the event that Milos Guided needs to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances or for reasons that prevent the safe and proper provision of the service, you will be offered the option to:

• reschedule your booking to another available date, or
• receive a full refund of the amount paid.
